Leaves falling
Falling, she leaves...
This is my first Haiku, it's about a girl who has just found out that the guy she likes is just not really into her... crushed and broken hearted in the midst of falling leaves (nature that illustrates and paints the picture of her emotion), falling (broken hearted) she finally leaves. The play of word is on the word 'leaves' which is both used as a noun and verb. This haiku is dedicated to her who is feeling the acute pain in her heart like a piercing jabbing stab. She said she feels like the knive is being twisted around inside her heart and when she is walking, she feels like she is gliding on the surface. She promised me that she will ignore the guy for good and set him free at the same time set herself free as well...
