OUR MIRACLE

Poem composed on August 1, 2009
This is suppossed to be the lyric to an epithalamium (a latin term that simply means a wedding song) of course being not musically talented, I don't have the music yet... It is inspired by a wedding I attended earlier this evening

If you could see what I see
Then you’ll picture what we can be
If you could feel what I feel
Then you’ll know this is for real
If you would think what I think
Then you would together with me sing…

In each other we’ve found our miracle
In this life journey, a story not typical
So dear, let’s not be cynical
But together embrace this miracle

Don’t you see
That we’re meant to be
Don’t you feel
That this is so real
Don’t you think
That together we can sing

Together you and I
Will see things eye to eye
Forever you and I
Will fly high in the sky

This is our destiny, this is our miracle
We’ve finally found our miracle
